Eligible PIP participants are invited directly by the PIP team. If you’re part of the finalist cohort, you’ll receive all the info you need via email and WhatsApp.

We’re always looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about mentoring young talent. Unlike one-off sessions, this program offers 1-on-1 coaching over six months. You get consistent guidance, accountability, and feedback—tailored just for you.

That’s exactly what this program is for. Many participants join the project feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Your coach will help you explore possibilities, clarify your goals, and build a path forward.

Finalists usually commit 2–3 hours per month for coaching sessions, prep, and reflection activities. Coaches typically commit 2–4 hours/month, depending on the needs of their mentee.
