Career Coach Project
Supporting PIP Finalists on Their Journey to Career Success
At PIP, we believe that talent and potential deserve the right tools to thrive. That’s why in early January 2025 we launched the Career Coach Project—a dedicated, six-month initiative pairing our finalists with experienced career coaches who provide personalized support, skill-building, and professional development guidance.
Through 1-on-1 coaching sessions, hands-on workshops, and structured follow-ups, participants gain the confidence and capabilities they need to succeed—whether it’s landing a first job, pivoting in their field, or building a long-term career path.

“ The best part for me was the bond we shaped during this whole journey. It felt like we were collaborating, rather than simply me being coached. With my coach’s help, I have been able to define my career path much more clearly and develop significantly stronger set of soft skills”
Saleh, PIP Finalist

“As a fresh graduate, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but my career coach became a true source of guidance and inspiration. He didn’t just support me professionally — he helped me find direction, build confidence, and stay motivated, even during the darkest times. His support has made a real difference in how I approach my career and believe in myself. ”

Why It Matters
We know that job readiness is about more than just a polished resume. It’s about mindset, mentorship, and support at just the right moment. The Career Coach Project offers our finalists that extra boost—to help them move from uncertainty to action, from potential to progress.
“ One of the most valuable parts was the support with job hunting, he showed me how to find and reach out to the right people on LinkedIn, and how to communicate with them in a professional and confident way. The experience left me feeling more confident, focused, and ready for whatever comes next.”

Bayan & Sapir
“Mentorship that felt like magic”

Bayan (Finalist):
“The career coach I worked with during PIP made a lasting impact on me. Sapir helped me see my potential, navigate challenges, and take confident steps toward my career path. It was a game-changer. Thanks to her guidance, I began to truly believe in myself and move forward with purpose.”“PIP was a turning point in my journey. It gave me hands-on experience, meaningful mentorship, and the confidence to grow—not just as a developer, but as a young professional. I was able to apply my skills, expand my network, and take real steps toward my future.”

Sapir (Career Coach):
“This mentorship has been deeply impactful. Bayan and I connected instantly and had so much fun getting to know each other. It’s been a true honor to support someone so capable and driven. She’s incredibly talented, and I know she’ll thrive wherever she goes.”
What did you gain from this mentorship?
“It reminded me of the power of mentorship. Supporting someone early in their career is special—and it also gave me a chance to reflect on how I show up on my own. I grew as a communicator and mentor through our connection.”
Why did you choose to mentor through PIP?
“Everyone deserves someone in their corner. It was important for me to show up with intention, create space, and build real connection with Bayan—professionally and personally.”
Real People. Real Connections. Real Impact.
PIP's mentorship program doesn’t just match professionals—it sparks relationships that transform lives, careers, and communities.
“Joining the PIP Career Coaching Program has been a truly valuable experience. I’ve grown both professionally and personally. From goal-setting and CV editing to interview skills and networking, each stage has helped me gain clarity and confidence. My coach, Shelby, has been incredibly supportive—her guidance, patience, and encouragement have made a real difference. She helped me see my strengths and shape a clear career path. “ The Palestinian people are some of the most educated in the world when it comes to university degrees and literacy, but with some of the highest unemployment rates too. There are a myriad of reasons why there is such a significant gap, but supporting programmes like PIP who work to plug the gap and provide a bridge for incredible people like Nour to exceed in companies is vital. Mentoring people at the start of their career is another way to bridge the gap and ensure that these amazing graduates understand that they can realise their dreams and goals too” -
